Privacy notice

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email address, your firm and its website, your role, and the message you write. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address you sent it from. We collect nothing else about you.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, including writing your Channel Ledger if you asked for one. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details to market anything else to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months in case you come back to us with a follow up question, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Finance Pipeline who are answering your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them, to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives the ordinary technical request any browser makes when it fetches a font.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. Write to dorothy.grady@financepipeline.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will confirm once it is done. If you would simply like us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us.
