Finance Pipelinenew business, on the books
method

Run new business the way your finance team runs the close.

Reconciled, owned and boring in the best way. Four stages, and the last one is us leaving.

stage: read the books

We read before we write anything.

We look at how your firm actually wins today: where introductions come from, which events pay back, who your buyers are and what they already believe about you. We agree a baseline with you up front, so every report later is measured against something real.

stage: build the channels

We open the roads you left closed.

Usually that means outbound first, with an authority layer around it: press, short video, and a site that answers the questions buyers ask. We set up the search work too, so a buyer asking an AI tool for a shortlist finds you on it. We only build the channels your read says will matter.

stage: run them

We staff it and run it, in public, with you.

Every message is researched for one real person and written for them alone. A human reads it before it goes. Anyone who says stop is stopped. You see what is working and what is not, against the baseline, in plain language.

stage: hand it over

When it produces pipeline, it becomes yours.

We hand over the playbook, the data, the message sequences and the know how. We train people on your side to run it, and we make sure they can before we step back. You should not need us to keep the lights on.

entry: what you own at the end

Everything we built, nothing on loan.

  • The playbook, written for your firm and your buyers.
  • The data, in your systems, under your control.
  • The message sequences and the reasoning behind them.
  • People on your side trained to run the engine.

entry: how we report

Against a baseline you signed off.

Before we start, we agree with you what normal looks like today. Every update after that is a comparison with that line, written so a busy partner can read it in a few minutes.

If a channel is not earning its place, we say so and stop it.
